Our Design Team at TWS Energy Controls will work with you to design a bespoke transformer to suit your particular and unique requirements
Design
We can start to design a transformer while discussing the requirements with the customer. Our Design team have experience with finding unusual solutions for challenging situations and locations. This allows us to craft transformers that are perfect for the individual and unique requirements that frequently arise.
We manufacture our cores in-house, which allows us to have flexibility in our design process.
Build
Because we manufacture our cores, our Production Team can manufacture any number of transformers required quickly and efficiently. We are usually able to keep our lead times to a minimum. We will also dispatch in batches if that is more useful.
Our Production Team also enjoys finding solutions to unusual requests.
Quality Control
We have ISO9001 Accreditation, this means that we maintain quality standards and documentation for every step in our processes, from the first customer contact to the dispatch of the transformers. All transformers are traceable and guaranteed to fit your requirements.
- We maintain a Class A ISO17025 accredited Test Laboratory. Each transformer is fully tested before being dispatched with a test report.
- We test to current AS/NZS and IEC standards.
- We are able to provide Type Testing to any of these standards if required.
Specialised Custom Designed Products
Laboratory Grade Standard Instrument Transformers
Multi-ratio Instrument transformers are made to meet very high accuracy classes. Suitable for use in Testing Laboratories.
Industrial Electro Magnets
We can manufacture electro magnets to your specific design.
Oil Filled High Voltage Units
Every Metering and/or Protection unit is custom designed to suit the specific requirements of the network, site and standards of the customer.

Power Transformers
